Return Policy
If you are not satisfied or the item is defective you can contact LatticeWork Inc. customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. LatticeWork Inc. will provide the details so you can return the product to its service center. The product must be packed in the original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.  Missing any component will subject to a fee.

Provide us with details and we will evaluate if the product needs to be replaced and provide instructions on how to send it back to LatticeWork Inc. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 3-5 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
